Terms and Conditions for New Graduate Grant

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the offer provided by Output Sports ("Output Sports") for discounted Athletic Performance Hardware & Software to past graduates of Setanta College ("Graduates"). By applying for the 'New Graduate' Grant, Graduates agree to abide by these Terms.

New Graduate Grant:

Output Sports has set up a 'New Graduate Fund' which will provide a grant (the "Grant") exclusively for Graduates of Setanta College. The Grant is designed to offer substantial discounts on Athletic Performance Hardware & Software.

Eligibility:

2.1 Graduates who have successfully completed a program at Setanta College are eligible to apply for the Grant.

2.2 Each Graduate is entitled to apply for the Grant only once.

2.3 The Grant will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until its exhaustion.

Discount Structure:

Graduates who are awarded the Grant will be entitled to the following discounts on the Output Sports ‘Essentials’ and 'Starter' Packages. 

Year 1: 100% discount on software .

Year 2: 75% discount on software.

Year 3: 50% discount on software .

Sensor Cost:

In addition to the discounted software, Graduates will have the option to purchase Sensors at a price of €499 per device, plus VAT as applicable. A minimum of one device is required to operate the Output Sports platform. 

Female Practitioner Subsidy:

To support and encourage the growth of female practitioners in the field of sports performance, the Grant will be extended to guarantee any female Graduate who applies for a grant will receive a subsidy.

‍Application Process:

6.1 Graduates must claim their grant on the Grant page.

6.2 The application should include relevant details verifying the Graduate's status as a past student of Setanta College.

Awarding of Grants:

7.1 Output Sports will review each application and grant the Grant to eligible Graduates based on the application's merit and the availability of Grants.

7.2 Output Sports reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the provided information and disqualify any application found to contain false or misleading details.

Grant Limit:

The Grant will be available until its total value of €250,000 is fully allocated. Once the Grant is depleted, no further grants will be awarded.

Modification or Cancellation:

Output Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of this offer at its discretion. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated to Graduates through appropriate channels.

General Conditions:

10.1 The Grant has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10.2 Output Sports' decision on the allocation of the Grant is final and binding.

10.3 Graduates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in this offer.

10.4 Output Sports is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may occur during the application process.

By applying for the 'New Graduate' Grant, Graduates acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.
